30-Day Print on Demand Return and Refund Policy

At CanvasArtProUS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your print on demand purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with no signs of damage, and in its original packaging. Please note that we only accept returns for print on demand products that have manufacturing defects or printing errors. We do not accept returns for design-related dissatisfaction or incorrect size selections.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at canvasartprous@gmail.com with the following information: your name, order number, details of the item you wish to return, and a clear explanation of the issue you've encountered.

Return Shipping: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval or those that do not meet our eligibility criteria will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects: Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect it. If you believe that the print on demand product has a manufacturing defect or printing error, or if you receive the wrong item, kindly notify us immediately so that we can address the issue promptly.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned print on demand product and confirm that it indeed has a manufacturing defect or printing error, we will process a refund for the item's cost. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at canvasartprous@gmail.com or call 1 469-786-7667 for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that we cannot accept returns for print on demand products due to dissatisfaction with design choices or incorrect size selection. Custom-made items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect or printing error.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges for print on demand products. The quickest way to get the item you want is to follow the return process outlined above and place a separate order for the correct item.
